Reserve a facility
Open Facilities, choose a space and a date, then pick a free time. The app blocks any slot that would clash and confirms yours instantly.
Pay a bill
Open Bills, select what is due, and confirm the payment. A billing clerk verifies it, and your statement updates with a receipt.
Invite a visitor
Add your guest with a name and a time. The app issues a secure pass that security scans at the gate, and you are notified on arrival.
Report an issue
Describe the problem, attach a photo, and submit. It reaches the right department, a technician claims it, and you follow it to resolution.
Add your family
