These terms govern the use of Alamari One by residents of Alamari Boulevard, the household members they add, and the management and staff who operate the residence.
Who may use the app
Alamari One is provided to registered residents of Alamari Boulevard and to the household members they invite, as well as to authorised management and staff. Access is granted after management reviews and approves a registration request, and may be adjusted or withdrawn where a residency ends or the terms are not met.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign in details private. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose, the daily life and administration of the residence, and not to attempt to access information that does not belong to your home.
The residence Bylaws
Alamari Boulevard is governed by the Internal Bylaws adopted by its Owners' Association, which remain the governing framework for the residence in every respect. Alamari One is one of the channels the Bylaws recognise for reaching residents and administering the community. These Terms describe how the app itself works; they do not limit, replace or override the Bylaws, and a copy is available from management on request.
Facility reservations
Reservations are personal to your home and subject to availability, any duration limits set for a facility, and the house rules. A confirmed reservation holds a single time for a single facility, and the app prevents overlaps. Management may adjust or cancel a reservation where necessary for the operation of the residence.
Bills and payments
Charges shown in the app, including rent, utilities and service fees, are issued by management. The app does not process card or bank payments directly; it records what is due, and once you have paid management, a billing clerk confirms the payment and issues your receipt. Access to a residence and its services depends on charges being settled in accordance with your agreement with management.
Visitors and access
Guest passes are issued for your convenience and remain your responsibility. You agree that your guests will observe the house rules while at the residence, and that management and security may decline entry where required for safety or order.
Family members and minors
Alamari One is intended for use by adult residents and the household members they register. If you add a minor, or another person not able to agree to these terms in their own right, as a family member, you do so as their parent or guardian and remain responsible for their use of the app and for the accuracy of any information provided on their behalf.
Conduct
You agree to use the app respectfully and lawfully, and to follow the house rules of Alamari Boulevard. Misuse of the app, or conduct that affects the safety, privacy or enjoyment of other residents, may result in access being limited.
Liability and disclaimers
We take reasonable care in building and operating Alamari One, and the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, including as to uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by Jordanian law, Alamari Group and the residence management are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, for disputes between residents or their guests, for the acts of visitors, or for interruptions caused by connectivity or third-party services the app relies on. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or reduces the protections already set out in the residence's Bylaws, which continue to apply in full.
Availability
The app is provided with care, yet may from time to time be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We work to keep interruptions short and rare.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising from your use of the app that cannot be resolved directly with management is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, consistent with the residence's Bylaws.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the residence and the app evolve. We may not always be able to notify each resident individually when they do, so it is your responsibility to check this page from time to time. Using the app after a change is posted means you accept the terms as they then stand.
