These terms govern the use of Alamari One by residents of Alamari Boulevard, the household members they add, and the management and staff who operate the residence.
Who may use the app
Alamari One is provided to registered residents of Alamari Boulevard and to the household members they invite, as well as to authorised management and staff. Access is granted after management reviews and approves a registration request, and may be adjusted or withdrawn where a residency ends or the terms are not met.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign in details private. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose, the daily life and administration of the residence, and not to attempt to access information that does not belong to your home.
Facility reservations
Reservations are personal to your home and subject to availability, any duration limits set for a facility, and the house rules. A confirmed reservation holds a single time for a single facility, and the app prevents overlaps. Management may adjust or cancel a reservation where necessary for the operation of the residence.
Bills and payments
Charges shown in the app, including rent, utilities and service fees, are issued by management. Payments made through the app are confirmed by an authorised clerk. Access to a residence and its services depends on charges being settled in accordance with your agreement with management.
Visitors and access
Guest passes are issued for your convenience and remain your responsibility. You agree that your guests will observe the house rules while at the residence, and that management and security may decline entry where required for safety or order.
Conduct
You agree to use the app respectfully and lawfully, and to follow the house rules of Alamari Boulevard. Misuse of the app, or conduct that affects the safety, privacy or enjoyment of other residents, may result in access being limited.
Availability
The app is provided with care, yet may from time to time be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We work to keep interruptions short and rare.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the residence and the app evolve. Where changes are material, residents will be informed, and continued use of the app reflects acceptance of the current terms.
